We provide full-service disaster cleanup and property restoration throughout Utah. Our services cover water damage restoration, flood and leak cleanup, fire and smoke damage repair, mold remediation, sewage and biohazard cleanup, reconstruction, contents restoration, odor removal, and insurance claim assistance. We handle every phase — from the emergency call through complete rebuild.

Yes. We answer emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including weekends and holidays. Disaster doesn't wait, and neither do we.

§02

Insurance

Yes. We work with all major homeowner's insurance carriers in Utah, including State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, American Family, Nationwide, and many others. We document damage, communicate with adjusters, and bill your insurance directly.
No. You have the legal right to choose any licensed restoration company. Insurance companies may suggest vendors from their "preferred" network, but you are never required to use them. Choose the company you trust.
Yes. We manage the entire claims process — damage documentation with photos, video, and moisture data; detailed scope-of-work estimates; adjuster coordination; supplemental claims when needed; and direct billing to your carrier.
For insured losses, your only out-of-pocket cost is typically your policy deductible. We bill your insurance company directly for the approved scope of work. We'll explain the cost structure clearly during the initial assessment.
Claim denials for legitimate damage are uncommon, but they do happen. We can provide additional documentation to support an appeal. For disputed claims, we recommend consulting with a public adjuster or insurance attorney.
§03

Water Damage

First, stop the water source if you safely can — turn off the main water valve, the appliance, or the supply line. Then call us immediately. While waiting, move valuables off the floor if possible, but avoid walking through standing water if there's any risk of electrical contact. Do not use a household vacuum to remove water.
It depends on severity. A minor leak cleanup may take 3–5 days. A major flood affecting multiple rooms — including structural drying and reconstruction — can take 1–3 weeks. We provide a realistic timeline during the initial assessment.
Yes. Mold can begin growing within 24–48 hours of water exposure. That's why fast response and thorough drying are critical. We apply antimicrobial treatments as part of every water damage restoration to help prevent mold growth.
Only when necessary. We use professional moisture meters and thermal imaging to determine which materials are salvageable and which must be removed. We never remove more than needed, but we always remove enough to dry the structure properly and prevent mold.
§04

Fire & Smoke

In most cases, yes. Unless the structural integrity is completely compromised, we can restore fire-damaged properties to their pre-fire condition — and often improve them. We rebuild from the studs out when necessary.
Absolutely. Smoke travels through HVAC systems, wall cavities, and open doorways. Rooms that appear clean can have significant soot and smoke contamination on surfaces, in ductwork, and embedded in soft materials. Professional cleaning is essential.
We use industrial techniques — thermal fogging, ozone generation, and hydroxyl generators — that neutralize smoke odor at the molecular level. These methods reach the same cracks and crevices that smoke particles penetrated. Consumer air fresheners and cleaning products cannot achieve this.
§05

Mold

It can be. Some mold species — including certain types of Aspergillus, Penicillium, and Stachybotrys (commonly called "black mold") — can cause allergic reactions, respiratory issues, headaches, and more serious health effects with prolonged exposure. Professional assessment and removal is always the safest approach.
For very small areas (under 10 square feet) on non-porous surfaces, careful DIY cleaning may be adequate. For mold in walls, ceilings, HVAC systems, or large areas, professional remediation is strongly recommended. Improper removal can spread spores and worsen the problem.
Not if the moisture source is resolved. Mold requires moisture to grow. Our process includes identifying and addressing the underlying moisture problem — not just removing the mold itself. We also provide recommendations for long-term prevention.
§06

Process & Logistics

In many cases, no — especially for localized water damage or small mold remediation projects. However, for extensive fire damage, large-scale mold contamination, or sewage events, we may recommend temporary relocation for your safety and comfort. We'll advise you during the assessment.
We use containment barriers (plastic sheeting, zip walls), negative air pressure machines, and protective floor coverings to isolate work areas and prevent dust, debris, and contaminants from spreading to unaffected parts of your home.
After all work is complete, we walk through every restored area with you. We verify that all work meets your expectations and our quality standards. Any punch-list items are addressed immediately. You approve the finished work before we close the project.
